Five baskets that I made are now displayed at the Great Basin Basketmakers Basketry Exhibit at South Valleys Library (15650 Wedge Pkwy, Reno, NV). March 3 thru April 29, 2026. Founded in 1987, the Great Basin Basketmakers, a volunteer-led non profit, was formed to preserve, promote, and teach the art of basketry. This exhibit displays baskets made by its members using natural materials showcasing traditional and abstract basketry techniques taught in workshops offered throughout the year.
